The dll should be registered on each machine, then the issue should not occur again, irrespective of how many Bentley products you install on that machine. If the problem re-occurs after registering the file then there is a deeper problem with the operating system, or the dll is becoming unregistered somehow, company specific start-up script for the machine, etc. The problem would also be seen with any non-Bentley installation that relied on VBScript.
