On a switched network you should only see packets addressed to you or broadcast to the network, to see other traffic I would either reconfigure the switches to send you all traffic or place a hub on the line you wish to check. Thanks Ed I've got an inline tap I can use between the switch and thin client. I'll have to do some research to be able to decode the wireshark output for those tags.
