If you must alter or shorten your reservation, do so by May 1st. If a reservation is shortened after May 1st, the cancelled rental days must be paid for. Shortening a reservation may result in cancellation. There is no processing charge for adding rental days, if they are available. Reservations cannot be moved. Reservations cannot be transferred from one year to the next. If prepayment of Daily Rental Fees is not received by May 1st before your pick up day, your reservation will be cancelled and the Reservation Deposit forfeit.
If you cancel your reservation prior to May 1st up, there will be no refund of the Reservation Deposit and any prepaid Daily Rental Fees will be refunded. If you cancel your reservation after May 1st, there will be no refund of the Reservation Deposit and no refund of any prepaid rental fees, rental options, taxes, or any additional charges prepaid for the rental. We are required by law to collect tax on any deposits and prepayments you forfeit.
We will make every effort to provide the customer with the model requested. We reserve the right to substitute models of different sizes. Should a model of another size be substituted, liability will be limited to refund of price differential between model paid for and model received.
